We do reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website at anytime if we find any of the following has taken place:
1. If you attempt to compromise our network in any way.

3. Acceptance of subscribers and access limitations

JSU does reserve the right to amend access limits to the ClassATransport.com or Jobsinrigs.com Websites at anytime, including increasing or decreasing set limits.

5. Payment to JSU for services

JSU may receive payment from advertisers by invoice or in electronic format, which includes but is not limited to credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment. In the event you choose to make payment by credit card or EFT, you are authorizing the electronic debit of your credit card/checking account for all applicable fees disclosed, including set up and monthly fees. If you wish to cancel an account, cancellation requests must be emailed to: cancel@ClassATransport.com.  Accounts cancelled during the middle of the month will not be subject to a refund for that month. Membership fees are disclosed to you at the time of sign-up, as well as stored in your online membership account profile. By using our service, you are agreeing to the fees disclosed to you. Fees initially disclosed are not subject to change unless accounts are cancelled and re-activated at a later date, or failure to make timely payment. All open billed invoices must be paid within 10 days of receipt, otherwise service will be subject to interruption. All accounts set-up on auto renew must be cancelled either by phone, fax or email prior to the effective end date. All accounts cancelled after the effective end date are subject to additional billing for that period.

These terms of service have been made in accordance with the laws of the state of California. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or use of this website.
