CAT and JIR offers a service that provides you unrestricted access to data located at www.ClassATransport.com and www.JobsinRigs.com. This data is for the sole purpose of recruiting and nothing else. This data is obtained from various sources and stored on the CAT servers. We make this data accessible via the CAT and JIR Websites by subscription only. We do reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website at anytime if we find any of the following has taken place:
1. If you attempt to compromise our network in any way.
2. You attempt to siphon, harvest or scrape data within the ClassATransport.com or JobsinRigs.com sites.
3. You attempt to create robots for siphoning data.
4. Fail to pay your subscription dues.
5. Attempt to use the information contained for other means than its intended purpose.
6. Any other means CAT determines to be a violation of its terms and conditions.
3. Acceptance of subscribers and access limitations
CAT reserves the right to accept or reject any subscriber to the CAT or JIR websites. CAT may set limits as to how many subscribers can access the ClassATransport.com or JobsinRigs.com Websites at one time. CAT does reserve the right to amend access limits to the ClassATransport.com or JobsinRigs.com Websites at anytime, including increasing or decreasing set limits.
4. Copyright
All information contained within the CAT or JIR websites is protected under U.S. copyright laws and may not be used or reproduced without the express written permission of CAT. All requests to use links, data or images from CAT or JIR can be emailed to: copyright(at)classatransport.com. All trademarks, logos and images listed that are not owned by CAT are the respective property of the owners listed. Any request to use or duplicate material must be submitted to the respective owners of the trademark.
5. Payment to CAT for services
CAT may receive payment from advertisers by invoice or in electronic format, which includes but is not limited to credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment. In the event you choose to make payment by credit card or EFT, you are authorizing the electronic debit of your credit card/checking account for all applicable fees disclosed, including set up and monthly fees. If you wish to cancel an account, cancellation requests must be emailed to: cancel(at)classatransport.com. Accounts cancelled during the middle of the month will not be subject to a refund for that month. Membership/sign-up fees are disclosed to you at the time of sign-up, as well as stored in your online membership account profile. By using our service, you are agreeing to the fees disclosed to you. Fees initially disclosed are not subject to change unless accounts are cancelled and re-activated at a later date, or failure to make timely payment. All open billed invoices must be paid within 10 days of receipt, otherwise service will be subject to interruption. All accounts set-up on auto renew must be cancelled either by phone, fax or email prior to the effective end date. All accounts cancelled after the effective end date are subject to additional billing for that period. Campaign & Recruitment services through CAT are NON-REFUNDABLE and any payments made may not be cancelled by the user. CAT makes no guarantees of the number of applicants you will receive to your job advertisements as well as the quality and qualifications of the applicants received. CAT makes no guarantees that use of our services will result in applicants being hired and is not responsible for negotiations, salary decisions or any background checks being performed. Any/all guarantees or promotions are disclosed to you at time of account set-up.

ClassATransport.com, LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at anytime if we determine you are not following state compliance laws. Any fines are the responsiblity of the Employer and not ClassATransport.com, LLC.
We will not share your information with any third parties unless:
1. It’s at the request of a governmental agency.
2. It’s required to comply with any state or federal investigations.
3. ClassATransport.com, LLC. is sure that these third parties will comply with this privacy policy.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
