Campaign FAQ’s
(A) 24 hours or less and many campaigns typically receive an applicant within the first day! In other cases we have seen applications take a bit longer. We also monitor all campaigns regularly to ensure performance. On average we see applicants start to show on day 3 or 4 after the campaign begins but could be a bit longer or a bit less.
(A) All of our campaigns are run on our jobsite, JobsinRigs.com, and are also distributed to a variety of partner sites and social media platforms. We also send email job alerts and SMS text messages to promote the opportunities. Our technology includes an "Intelligent Match" system that identifies candidates from our massive database and invites them to apply. Our marketing platform is designed to help you find more qualified candidates through a range of channels.
(A) Since we are not a staffing or temp agency this is not something we do. Also, in most cases your insurance requires for you to do it as part of your hiring process.
(A) The pre-applications we receive include basic information about the applicant, such as their name, location, contact information, driving experience, and endorsements. For non-driver positions, the form includes additional questions about the candidate's certifications, education, and relevant experience. Applicants also have the option to attach a resume, although about 50% choose to do so. The pre-application process helps streamline the hiring process, allowing our employers to quickly review candidates and follow up with a full application. Below is a sample of a pre-app:
(A) After 21 + years in business, we have built a large pool of qualified candidates who would be interested in a potential opportunity in your hiring area(s). When we present your opportunity to them, we often see a strong response. Many of the applicants you receive through us will match a significant number of your requirements. However, if an applicant does not meet some of your basic requirements, we will discard their application and it will not be counted towards your total. All campaign packages include a "Buffer" which provides extra applicants in addition to the guaranteed minimums. We strive to deliver applicants who meet even the most specific requirements, but it is not always possible. However, we have a high success rate in finding candidates who fit your needs.
(A) As a recruitment marketing agency, we are focused on promoting employment opportunities to attract a pool of qualified candidates. We cannot guarantee hires, as we are not a staffing agency. However, we do guarantee applicants. The number of applicants you receive will vary depending on the campaign you choose.
(A) One of the challenges in the job market is that some applicants can be difficult to contact after they apply, better known as "ghosting." Our applicants are no exception to this trend. To help our clients overcome this challenge, our backend dashboard provides an interface for texting and emailing applicants to drastically increase response rates. We also include tips on how to connect with applicants in our campaigns, these tips can help with applicants we provide as well as those from other sources.
(A) Yes, Team Drivers that must already be in teams and companies that 1099 or contract Company Drivers unless it is for a Local 1099 contract position. Drivers are more open to 1099 pay if the position is local.
